We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products purchased through eternaloutfit.com, including leather goods and clothing items, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization code, if applicable.
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as for returns. We will process your exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Shipping Fees
